Among musicians in the 19th century there were some who knew how to read music and could write down their repertoire in books. The books were often passed down from one musician to another. Today these manuscripts are valuable windows into the past. Daniel Pettersson and Maria Jonsson will teach a couple of tunes from manuscripts from Västerbotten.
